About National Institute of Fashion Technology
National Institute of Fashion Technology was set up in 1986 under the aegis of the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. It has been granted statutory status under the act of Parliament of India in 2006, empowering the Institute to award degrees and other academic distinctions.

NIFT Application Process
Prospectus along with Application Form can be obtained from the selected branches of Axis Bank across India on payment of Rs.250/- or by post enclosing a DD of Rs.350/- in favour of NIFT, New Delhi from all NIFT Centres.
